Returns Policy

GetnGiveCrafts is an online store that offers a range of handmade products, including Custom Canvas Portraits, Cold Process Soap Bars, Candles, Wall Art, Key Chains, and much more. Every product you receive is unique as it is handmade from scratch, never the same. From professionals with years of combined experience to ensure you that you will receive a quality item at competitive prices. You are ensured by high-quality veteran artists and experienced soap makers, that quality and safety are our main priority. Bringing a product that you can have for decades to come and something great to pass down, or as a gift. Whether it's a bar of soap for you, or your animal, a candle, clock, key chain, or custom canvas portrait you are getting something you can cherish or share that joy with.     
 

Our return policy allows you to return unopened and unaltered items within 14 days of delivery or receipt of products for a refund. Please note that refunds are processed at our (GetnGiveCrafts) discretion upon review of returned items and their conditions. Additionally, we are not responsible for the return shipping charges of items; it is the purchaser's responsibility to obtain a shipping label. To initiate a return, please send us an email at getngivecrafts@gmail.com, providing your order number and name for verification purposes. Just make sure the product is in its original packaging and return it/them in the same box it was shipped to you with. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so if for any reason you're not, please reach out to us and we'll take care of you. Please read the product descriptions carefully for more info.

If you have an allergic reaction to any of the soaps please discontinue use and please read the product description first carefully for any ingredients you might be allergic to before purchasing or using.

Shipping Policy

All our deliveries are through Canada Post 'Expedited with tracking' on your shipment for Canadian orders and international orders.

Available now: 'No Tracking for USA Air - Small Packet,' a more affordable shipping option for our customers in the USA. 

 

Processing Time:

For soaps, wood ornaments, and clocks, we will need 1-5 business days after purchase of processing time to prepare for shipping.

For Cosmetic products such as 'Hand cream, Body butter, Body oil, Beard balm, and Beard oil' we will need 1-5 business days as these are freshly made to order.

Hand-painted portraits may take 4 to 8 weeks to process, depending on the size of the canvas.

International shipping may take longer.

 

Canada Post:

Canada Post is closed during the holidays and after 6 p.m. during the week and does not ship on Saturday and Sunday.

     

All our deliveries are through Canada Post and packaged to the highest of standards. We take pride in offering reliable and efficient shipping for all of our products. Canada Post is a trusted and established shipping service that guarantees on-time delivery. You can have confidence that your order will be delivered quickly and safely. If your item was lost in the mail please email with your invoice number to getngivecrafts@gmail.com so we can get you a new item or refund your money. 

Shipping Support Hours and General Questions response time:

As a small team consisting of only myself and my wife, we are committed to delivering excellent service. Due to our day jobs, we regretfully inform you that we are unavailable to answer any questions during typical business hours on weekdays. Weekends are reserved as our personal time. Our Hours are between 4pm - 9pm during the weekdays.

You can anticipate a response to your shipping-related inquiries or general questions as soon as possible within an hour to 1 business day during our dedicated Customer Support Hours, weekdays from Monday to Friday, 4 pm to 9 pm. While we strive to get back to you 24/7, please note that our typical operating hours for more immediate assistance are from 4 pm to 9 pm during the week.
