How Do You Order?

- Select the quantity of ornaments you would like.
- Select "Add to Cart" or "Buy Now" to proceed to the checkout cart/express checkout. You will receive a confirmation email of your order upon completion.
Our processing time for handmade holiday ornaments is 1-3 business days. We use Canada Post to ship our orders for reliable and safe transport. As soon as a shipping label is created, you will be notified via email (or phone if provided) via Canada Post. We will also be in touch with you via email.
Custom ornaments can be painted upon request by emailing getngivecrafts@gmail.com.

These ornaments should be used indoors only. There is no protective coating or enamel to protect it from the elements. Please handle it with care.
Returns:
Our return policy allows you to return unopened and unaltered items within 14 days of delivery or receipt of products for a refund. Please note that refunds are processed at our (GetnGiveCrafts) discretion upon review of returned items and their conditions. Additionally, we are not responsible for the return shipping charges of items; it is the purchaser's responsibility to obtain a shipping label. To initiate a return, please send us an email at getngivecrafts@gmail.com, providing your order number and name for verification purposes. Just make sure the product is in its original packaging and return it/them in the same box it was shipped to you with. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so if for any reason you're not, please reach out to us and we'll take care of you. All deliveries are through Canada Post. Expedited with tracking on your shipment.
International shipping may take longer.
Canada Post is closed during the holidays and after 6 p.m. during the week and does not ship on Saturday and Sunday.
